Wayne L. Martin

Wayne Martin relies on 31 years of public accounting experience to counsel clients in the areas of school bus transportation, manufacturing and service industries. He also specializes in audit, tax and estate issues as well as in managing Internal Revenue Service and other state and local agencies audits to successful conclusions.

Wayne received his Bachelor of Arts degree from William Paterson College after four years of service in the US Navy. He is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the New York and New Jersey State Societies of Certified Public Accountants.

Wayne is on the Board of Directors of The Community Foundation of Orange and Sullivan and is an active member on their Professional Advisors Committee.  He is also a member of the Florida Union Free School District Audit Committee and is on the Big Brother Big Sister Finance Committee.

Wayne is married and has three children, all raised in the Village of Florida, New York. He enjoys playing golf, being active with Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Orange County and being part of community activities.
