Truphena Martin is a distinguished leader in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion space. Truphena specializes in implementing and enhancing strategic DEI goals while managing the logistics and execution of training programs.
Truphena has pioneered the Firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program by developing team members’ understanding of the value in fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment and ensuring management accountability. She has established a framework of policies and practices to amplify the Firm’s commitment to DEI.
Working in collaboration with Human Resources, she assists in recruiting efforts to expand the Firm’s talent pipeline and ensures that DEI strategic goals and vision remain aligned. She authors and distributes a periodic DE&I newsletter and other content highlighting the diverse backgrounds of our team members.
Truphena was recognized as the recipient of the 2024 DEI Champion Award by the National Diversity Awards and as a Top Diversity Officer by the 2023 DEI Champion Awards. She was also honored at the 2023 Long Island Business News Diversity in Business Awards.
