Thomas R. Manisero

Thomas Manisero is a seasoned attorney with decades of experience representing and advising accountants and other professionals with respect to a wide range of legal areas including regulatory, litigation and transactional matters.

Before joining PKF O’Connor Davies, Tom led the Accountants Legal Representation practice at Wilson Elser, an Am Law 200 Firm, for more than 30 years. He also served on the firm’s Executive Committee for more than a decade. Over the years, he frequently represented accountants and accounting firms in all sorts of matters, including litigation of malpractice claims, regulatory and ethics investigations, disputes over restrictive covenants and commercial litigation matters. He also advised with respect a myriad of transactional matters.

Tom is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the D.C. Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York.
