Samuel Philipson has nearly 15 years of experience in providing public accounting and tax planning services for a variety of clients, particularly high-net-worth individuals and their closely held businesses. He has served his clients throughout M&A transactions, divorces and complex estate planning.
Sam has deep expertise in individual, gift, trust, estate, partnership and corporate taxation.
In addition, he prepares and disseminates updates on tax law developments that could potentially impact his clients. He also keeps abreast of relevant pending federal and state legislation and court cases and represents clients before tax authorities.
