Oscar L. Ureña

Oscar is a Director of PKF O’Connor Davies, LLP, one of the largest full service Certified Public Accounting and consulting firms in the tri-state area. Oscar has fifteen years of experience in public accounting. His areas of specialty have been with audits of entities funded by the, U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Real Estate Limited Partnerships, Non-Profit Organizations and Single Audits.

Oscar is part of the Affordable Housing Thought Leadership group that meets on a regular basis and discusses topics of interest and drafts articles related to the industry. In addition, Oscar is also involved in the training of staff assigned to the group.
