Nkrumah Pierre has nearly 20 years of experience in client relationship management and most recently served as the Managing Director of Business Development at one of the nation’s largest full-service advisory and accounting firms. There, he prospected and secured engagements across a spectrum of services, including tax, audit, transaction advisory, consulting, outsourced accounting, outsourced IT, forensics, litigation and valuation. Nkrumah has worked with clients across a broad range of industries, including financial services, private equity, family office, alternative investments, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and manufacturing and distribution.
Earlier in his career, Nkrumah was the founder and CEO of a boutique consulting firm that offered executive business development and strategy guidance, thought leadership event curation, diversity and inclusion advisory and career coaching consulting. He has worked for national executive search firms and built an expertise in matching qualified candidates with hiring organizations.
He is a frequent speaker for professional organizations, including the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), colleges and universities. Nkrumah has presented at the Accounting Finance Show, a major conference and exhibition in New York City. Additionally, he is a past honoree of The Network Journal’s “40 Under Forty” Professionals of Color.
