Linda McLean

Linda is a Partner in the Commercial Business group and leads the employee benefit plan audit practice at the Firm. She has over 20 years of experience in public accounting, which includes financial statement assurance services, tax advisory services, accounting services and consulting for closely held businesses. Linda builds strong relationships with her clients by getting to know them, their businesses, and their goals.

Within the Commercial Business group, Linda works with clients in the architectural and engineering, manufacturing, distribution, retail, technology and nonprofit industries. In addition to financial statement and tax services, Linda provides clients with sound business advice. She is often asked to provide guidance on matters such as interpretation of accounting standards and tax laws.

Linda has significant expertise with employee benefit plans.  She assists clients in identifying and resolving areas of noncompliance. She helps clients implement best practices and strengthen their internal controls around the administration and compliance of their employee benefit plans. Her extensive experience includes different types of plans, including 401(k), 403(b), ESOP and defined benefit plans.
