Lawrence C. Lucarelli has over 30 years of extensive experience in corporate, individual and partnership income taxation. Tax services include corporate and individual income tax planning, estate and gift tax planning, tax research, tax return review and compliance.
Larry has experience in handling tax examinations; both income and sales tax audits. He advises clients in connection with corporate operations and reorganizations, sales and acquisition of businesses, corporate distributions, partnership transactions, real estate operations and estate planning. He also advises not-for-profit organizations in connection with their compliance issues and tax-exempt status. He provides tax services to clients in diverse industries such as engineering, distribution and manufacturing to construction and food services.
Larry is a past President of the Suffolk Chapter of the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA). He has previously served on the Executive Board and was the chair of the Small Business Committee. He is a thought leader on various taxation issues and has published articles for financial and local publications.
