Jason Fastiggi

Jason Fastiggi serves in the Financial Services division, and is responsible for the Firm’s Fund Administration, Management Company Accounting, Consulting and Regulatory Compliance practices. Jason has over 18 years of industry experience in financial services, previously working as the Vice President of Financial Reporting at Scoggin Capital Management, a multibillion dollar investment advisor located in New York. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director of SS&C Technologies, Inc.

His clients include a mix of hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, venture capital funds, private foundations and other alternative investment vehicles. Jason advises these alternative investment entities on the suitability of various structures, compliance rules and regulations, tax implications of investing and trading strategies and financial reporting matters. He also assists these clients with their monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements. Jason leads a financial services team that uses a hands on and proactive approach to ensure they can add value in multiple aspects of the client’s business.
