Gennady Spivak has more than 15 years of experience as a restructuring professional helping organizations navigate complex financial challenges. His expertise spans bankruptcy and insolvency, financial analysis, forensic accounting, fraud investigation, litigation support and wind-down management.
Prior to joining the organization, Gennady worked in the Corporate Recovery & Litigation Services practice of a major accounting firm, where he focused in the fields of bankruptcy and insolvency, creditors’ rights and litigation support. In his role, he specialized in advising debtors, unsecured creditors’ committees, trustees, receivers, plan administrators and other stakeholders in numerous bankruptcy proceedings. Gennady has extensive experience managing liquidations and wind-downs, claims administration and fraud investigations, including defending and prosecuting against preference and fraudulent conveyance actions.
Gennady began his career as a forensic accountant, specializing in insurance claim valuations across a wide range of industries. His analytical rigor and strategic insight have made him a trusted advisor in resolving financial disputes and optimizing recoveries for his clients.
