Francis M. McEnerney has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting and litigation support. He specializes in criminal and civil litigation support that include working closely with attorneys in an effort to produce objective results of offenses and allegation relating to their clients. This work also includes review, and findings of other expert’s reports.
Francis is instrumental in leading engagements in criminal cases including corporate and governmental fraud investigation, tax evasion, structuring, bribery, conflicts of interest and embezzlement. In civil cases that included contractual dispute resolution, business valuations, economic damages, shareholder disputes, matrimonial and professional services liability cases.
Francis has facilitated labor unions in collective bargaining arbitration and mediation.
