Donald R. Karlewicz has over 30 years of experience providing comprehensive consulting and guidance to individuals, family-owned and closely-held businesses.
He has extensive experience within a variety of industries including school bus operators, retailers, construction contractors, limousine companies, equestrian facilities, professional service firms and distributors. He has helped clients navigate the complex challenges of cash flow, rapid growth, consolidation, financing, cost control and budgeting, while always paying close attention to tax savings opportunities. Don has also managed the financial operations for a large metropolitan construction management firm where he set up and oversaw the asset management, treasury and financial reporting systems.
Don likes to stay involved and help the communities where he lives and works. Don has volunteered his time coaching youth soccer and little league and serves on the boards of several organizations. He remains active in local civic, historical, and not-for-profit organizations including the United Hospice of Rockland and The Rockland Community Foundation.
Don and his wife Theresa reside in Orange County where having raised their two children, they operate a commercial horse boarding and breeding business with their daughter Vanessa.
