Dian Arisna

Dian Arisna has more than 10 years of audit experience with not-for-profits, commercial private companies, real estate, government contracting, financial services and employee benefit plan services. Additionally, she has experience in the preparation of 990 tax returns for not-for-profits.

She serves a wide-range of not-for-profit clients nationally and internationally, including those in financial services, social services, health and public administration, national clinical research, drug and mental health services, assisted and independent living organizations, affordable housing and education (universities and charter schools), among many others.

Dian’s for-profit experience includes global multinational energy and mining, commercial and manufacturing, real estate, technology, financial services, government services, private foundations and private companies. Her experience in the for-profit sector also includes preparation of individual and closely-held business tax returns.

Prior to joining PKF O’Connor Davies, Dian started her career in public accounting and then joined a “Big Four” accounting firm. There, she led multinational global clients as an in-charge and was awarded Outstanding Performance Award two years in a row. She then moved to one of the top mid-sized public accounting firms in the Greater Washington D.C. Area.
