Daniel leads the Business Solutions group at the Firm. He has over 20 years of experience providing accounting, tax, and business advisory services to closely held businesses. Dan takes a proactive approach and stays involved with his clients throughout the year, going beyond compliance-related services to add value for his clients in a variety of ways.  

Given Dan’s combination of tax planning and financial reporting skills, he is in a unique position to help business owners achieve their goals. He and his team provide real-time financial reporting that enables clients to have a true picture of their results, which drives more effective business decisions — so clients can focus on their business, not their books. Dan helps owners structure their businesses in the early stages of development through their later years.

Dan works with clients in architecture and engineering, professional services, life sciences and technology industries. He has expertise in the performance of FAR overhead rate audits and related consulting. Dan advises clients on financial and tax planning matters and financial performance to evaluate business results. He also advises clients on the selection of Architecture and Engineering attorneys, accounting software selection, and ratios/reporting specific to the A&E industry.
