Cassandra McClintock

Cassie McClintock has more than 12 years of experience in tax and financial services. As a member of the Firm’s Transaction Advisory Services Group, Cassie specializes in comprehensive M&A tax services in connection with acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring and carve-outs.

She has serviced clients in a broad array of industries including consumer products, financial services, health care, hospitality, life sciences, professional services, retail and technology. Cassie has considerable expertise in providing tax due diligence, structuring, modeling, consulting and closing assistance services to private equity and strategic investors. She has worked extensively on domestic and cross-border deals ranging from $10 million to $5 billion.

In addition to private equity topside structures, Cassie also has experience in tax-advantaged structuring for acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, investment platforms, LBOs, IPOs and other exit strategies.

Prior to joining PKF O’Connor Davies, Cassie worked for a “Big Four” accounting firm in its M&A practice, focusing on private equity investors and their portfolio companies, as well as their corporate tax and multistate tax practices.
