Belarmino’s clients consist of foreign owned U.S. corporations (subsidiaries of foreign corporations), foreign corporations doing business in the U.S., as well as U.S. businesses. His clients represent a wide range of industries including importers and wholesalers, manufacturing and distribution, professional services including software developers, installers and real estate investors. He assists U.S. resident and non-resident taxpayers with U.S. foreign reporting requirements, including compliance with Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act.   

Belarmino serves in the International Services practice and specializes in assisting foreign businesses entering the U.S. with federal, state and local tax reporting obligations. He advises on entity structure and selection, business tax and commercial registration requirements, corporation business income tax, sales and use tax, payroll reporting and compliance, implementation of accounting and reporting systems to assist them with U.S. GAAP and IFRS compliance. 

He works closely with his clients in implementing efficient and effective financial accounting and reporting procedures, internal tax controls, policies and procedures to meet stringent federal and state documentation requirements.
