Timothy Desmond Published as Contributing Author in Leading Book on Non Qualified Retirement Plans

New York, NY (December 18, 2018) – PKF O’Connor Davies, LLP, the nation’s 29th largest accounting and advisory firm, announced today that Partner Timothy Desmond was published as a contributing author in Wolters Kluwer’s recently released Ninth Edition of Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Answer Book. Desmond, who is the partner-in-charge of the firm’s employee benefit services group, is a widely-recognized expert on employee benefits plans and has deep expertise in qualified and non-qualified plans. For the book he provided insights on some of the most up-to-date and significant legislative, regulatory and case law developments affecting nonqualified plans.

With more than 25 years of experience, Desmond has provided auditing and accounting services to a wide range of industry organizations and employee benefit plans. He is a Partner of the Firm and currently serves as Director of the Employee Benefit Services Practice. In addition to being a certified public accountant (CPA) in New York and New Jersey, Desmond is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center and several not-for-profit boards.
