Thomas Riggs was recently a keynote speaker on “The 2023 Economic Outlook” at the ACEC Winter Conference – Monday, January 30th in Albany, NY.

Summary: Tom discussed the variables that will ultimately determine how the economy performs in 2023, while connecting the dots between that outcome and the expected effect on the financial markets, real estate, tax policy, etc. He then turned to a more focused discussion about the near-term prospects for the ACEC industry, including the timetable for release of federal infrastructure stimulus and the current state of M&A activity.
