PKF O’Connor Davies Welcomes Ilyana Ezhaghi as Partner

Proven leader brings over two decades of experience to organization’s tax practice

PKF O’Connor Davies, one of the nation’s largest accounting, tax and advisory practices, today announced Ilyana Ezhaghi as a new partner within the organization’s tax practice. Ezhaghi has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting and provides a full range of tax advisory and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals, their families and their closely held businesses. Ilyana services multi-generational families, family offices and has significant expertise working with individuals in the financial services space. She is based out of the New York City office.

Ezhaghi’s areas of expertise include income, gift and estate tax planning, implementation of tax minimization strategies and compliance with federal, state and local tax regulations. She has a focus on building multigenerational wealth and tax-efficient structuring.

Prior to PKF O’Connor Davies, Ezhaghi held various leadership positions at accounting and financial services firms. Ezhaghi is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). She is a graduate of University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
