PKF O’Connor Davies Receives ClearlyRated’s 2024 Best of Accounting Award

Organization scores high marks in service excellence and client satisfaction for second-consecutive year

PKF O’Connor Davies, one of the nation’s largest accounting, tax and advisory practices, is proud to announce that it has been named a recipient of ClearlyRated’s 2024 Best of Accounting Award. Based entirely on the survey feedback of PKF O’Connor Davies’ clients, the award recognizes leading accounting firms for their service excellence and commitment to client satisfaction. In qualifying for this year’s award, PKF O’Connor Davies reported a 2024 Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 79.4%, nearly double the accounting industry’s 2023 average of 41%. The NPS, a measure of client satisfaction, reflects the likelihood that a client would recommend a firm to others.

PKF O’Connor Davies’ recognition is directly tied to the results of its latest client experience survey, an annual solicitation of feedback from a sample of the organization’s client base. According to the organization’s 2024 survey, 85.2% of clients report overall satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10, far surpassing the accounting industry’s 2023 average of 56%. Further, 97% of clients report that they are satisfied with their service teams, while 90% of clients believe that the organization upholds its brand promise to deliver value, expertise and exceptional service in every engagement. Additional findings from the survey underscore the organization’s superior proactivity, responsiveness, understanding of client needs and advice and leadership.
