PKF O’Connor Davies, LLP, one of the nation’s largest accounting, tax and advisory firms, announced today it has once again been named to the Vault Accounting 50, a ranking of the 50 best accounting employers to work for in North America. This is the eighth consecutive year the Firm has been listed, rising on this year’s list to number 14 overall. The Firm ranked in the top 10 across nearly 20 categories focused on Quality of Life and Diversity considerations. The consistent success in these annual rankings demonstrates the Firm’s commitment to pairing exceptional client service with industry-leading organizational culture and commitment to team members

The Firm received high marks across multiple Quality of Life categories. Notably, it ranked second for Hours, Promotion Policies and Vacation Policies, all significant increases over 2022. It also jumped six places to 11 in the Overall Diversity category.
