PKF O’Connor Davies Announces Joint Venture with PKF hotelexperts Group

Firm will Provide Tax and Audit Expertise for Leading Global Hospitality Consulting Company in Increasingly Competitive and Evolving Sector

New York, NY (October 14, 2019) – PKF O’Connor Davies, LLP, one of the nation’s largest accounting, tax and advisory firms, announced today a joint venture with PKF hotelexperts group. The partnership brings PKFOD’s industry-leading tax, accounting and corporate finance solutions to PKF hotelexperts group’s suite of hospitality industry advisory services, including feasibility studies, valuations and appraisals, operator selection, project development, asset management, financing and investment, and strategic advice. An increase in M&A activity in recent years, combined with a rise in alternative lodging options through sharing economy sites like Airbnb and VRBO, has created a more competitive and diversified hospitality landscape. This partnership provides clients access to expert insights and resources to succeed in the new industry reality.

The PKF hotelexperts group recently established a US headquarters in New York as part of a global network of 14 offices. In addition to working closely with PKF O’Connor Davies, the PKF hotelexperts group includes PKF tourismexperts, focusing on master plans for regional tourism infrastructure, and PKF livingexperts, which advises on serviced living concepts (membership clubs, student and senior living, and serviced residential).
