This session will cover a breakdown of the different types of SOC reports, drill down into the five trust service categories, pinpoint areas where problems may exist, understand what controls a company must have in order for a service provider’s controls to work effectively and drill down into the components of the Privacy Trust Services Criteria (TSC).
