Tax Planning for Business Entities Conference
Steven Eller, CPA, JD, Partner, will be speaking at the NYSSCPA’s Tax Planning for Business Entities Conference on Tuesday, December 3rd from 11:25 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the FAE Learning Center in New York City.
Steven will present on “Important Updates Regarding the NYS Pass Through Entity Tax (PTET) & The NJ Business Alternative Income Tax (BAIT).” Although the NYS PTET and the NJ BAIT have already been around for several years, these topics continue to evolve as practitioners and their clients become more familiar with the reporting process. NYC has recently added its own version of the PTET, which will be discussed in detail.

Anyone who wants to be informed of, or learn more about, the latest proposed and enacted tax legislation and developments affecting various types of business entities, from Partnerships and LLC’s to S corporations and Sole proprietorships.
