NYSSCPA 47th Annual Nonprofit Conference

Garrett M. Higgins and Eva Mruk will be speaking at the 47th Annual Nonprofit Conference hosted by NYSSCPA on Thursday, January 16th at the New York Marriott Marquis at Times Square.

Garrett and Eva will present in Session #5: Government Track on “Exempt Organizations Tax Update” from 1:00 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. This session will cover recent and pending tax developments impacting tax-exempt entities on a federal and state level. They will also discuss updates from the Treasury, the IRS Priority Guidance Plan, emerging tax issues and a review of recent IRS rulings and tax court cases.

Practitioners, executives, board members, compliance officers and financial employees working with nonprofit organizations who need to stay informed about upcoming changes in the nonprofit sector.
