NYSSCPA 46th Annual Nonprofit Conference

Garrett M. Higgins and Eva Mruk will be presenting at NYSSCPA’s 46th Annual Nonprofit Conference on January 25, 2024 at the New York Marriott Marquis at Times Square. Garrett and Eva will be presenting in Session #8 on “Exempt Organizations Tax Update.” This session will cover recent and future tax developments impacting exempt organizations on a federal and state level, including Treasury and IRS updates, the IRS Priority Guidance Plan, emerging tax topics, and a spotlight on recent IRS rulings and tax cases.
