NDIA 6th Annual New England Cyber Event

Nick DeLena, partner, will be moderating a panel presentation, “CMMC and Cyber Fraud: Costs of Non-Compliance” at the 6th Annual NDIA New England Cyber Event – Zero Trust: Improving the Nation’s Cybersecurity. Panel topics covered will include NIST SP 800-171 assessments, DFARS 252.204-7019, False Claims Act and accountability in contractor attestations of compliance.
