Eller, Partner, will be a featured panelist at FAE’s New York and Tri-State Taxation Conference session, “Getting to Know the In’s and Out’s of Pass Through-Entity Taxes (Practical Breakdown)” from 2:10 – 3:00 p.m. With the advent of states rapidly adapting the new Pass-Through Entity (“PTE”) Tax as a way to circumvent the federal $10,000 State and Local Tax deduction limitation, the various state PTE tax regimes with an emphasis on New York, New Jersey and Connecticut will be compared in detail.
