ACECNY Winter Conference 2023

Joseph Ferreira, Thomas Ruggiero, Rick Strout and Michael Kettell will be exhibiting at the Winter Conference 2023 from Sunday, January 29th – Tuesday, January 31st, 2023 at the Albany Capital Center in Albany, New York. On Monday, January 30th – 9:30 – 10:15 a.m., Thomas Riggs will be a Keynote Speaker on “The 2023 Economic Outlook: Uncertainty, and the Stakes Remain High.” Tom will first discuss the variables that will ultimately determine how the economy performs in 2023, while connecting the dots between that outcome and the expected effect on the financial markets, real estate, tax policy, etc. He will then turn to a more focused discussion about the near-term prospects for the ACEC industry, including the timetable for release of federal infrastructure stimulus and the current state of M&A activity.
