2024 Accounting and Tax Symposium

Alexander Buchholz will be speaking at the 2024 Accounting and Tax Symposium hosted by NCCPAP’s Nassau/Suffolk Chapter on Friday, November 22nd at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, NY. 

Alexander will be presenting in the session “Preparations, Compilations and Reviews” from 7:45 a.m. – 9:25 a.m. This session will highlight the importance of understanding the engagement with clients and the typical procedures for reviews, compilations and preparation. This session will offer 2.0 CPE Credits in Accounting.

Alexander will also be presenting in the session “Contemporary Topics in Auditing and Accounting” from 9:45 a.m. – 11:25 a.m. This session will take a deeper dive into new and proposed auditing and accounting standards. Topics to include the new risk assessment standards; Single Audit updates; updates to the lease standard, crypto currency and the status of the CPA pipeline. This session will offer 1.0 CPE in Accounting and Auditing.
