Paul M. Sterczala has more than 40 years of experience specializing in tax issues related to acquiring and transferring real estate.
Involved in all facets of real estate taxation, including development, construction, financing and operations, Paul has extensive experience assisting family-owned and entrepreneurial businesses, high-net-worth individuals and partnerships. His expertise also includes entity reorganization, bankruptcy and debt restructuring.
Paul has authored numerous articles on tax planning, executive compensation, retirement planning and real estate taxation. He has also conducted local and national training programs and seminars.
