Jonathan Rose has nearly 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Jonathan specializes in fund administration, with considerable expertise in a diverse mix of hedge funds, private equity funds, funds-of-funds, other alternative investment vehicles including co-invest vehicles and high-net-worth individuals.
Jonathan assists his clients in various aspects of their accounting processes, some of which include waterfall calculations, performance and management fee calculations, NAV calculations, capital calls or distributions and the production of their monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements.
Prior to joining the Firm, Jonathan began his career in the alternative investment industry at a “Big Four” accounting firm. His experience has allowed him to develop a keen understanding of an entity’s business operations and practices, which he has brought with him to PKF O’Connor Davies and its many clients.
