Chris Kopf specializes in providing comprehensive accounting, auditing and consulting services to governmental entities, including counties, cities, towns, villages and school districts, higher education institutions and public sector industries.
Chris has nearly 30 years of experience working with the County of Rockland, most recently as the County’s Commissioner of Finance/Budget Director. He was responsible for the daily fiscal operations of the County, including preparation and management of the $800 million operating and $500 million capital budgets. For 10 years, he also served as the Chief Fiscal Officer for the County’s Department of Hospitals, which includes a nursing home, rehab hospital, psychiatric unit and outpatient departments and clinics. A proud member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Chris also dedicates his time to the Government Finance Officers’ Association.
