Kevin J. Keane

Kevin J. Keane is the Executive Chairman for the Firm and a member of the Executive Committee. He also serves on the Board of PKF Advisory, an affiliation of six leading North American firms that delivers nationwide transaction and valuation advisory services. 

In his role as Executive Chairman, he has spearheaded the expansion of the Firm’s capabilities to serve a growing clientele with exceptional expertise, meaningful insight and exemplary service — the same strengths that propel the firm to stand apart from its peers. He was inducted into Accounting Today’s prestigious Managing Partner Elite Class of 2017. This distinction, given to only 10 managing partners each year, recognizes individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities and an ability to drive growth and innovation.

With more than 30 years’ experience, Kevin is recognized for delivering outstanding accounting and business advisory services to family-owned companies in the manufacturing, distribution, real estate and construction industries. Kevin’s insights are key to helping clients address issues specific to ongoing industry shifts and continued economic volatility.

Kevin drives the delivery of superior client service on an enterprise-wide basis while overseeing strategic growth initiatives. To this end, he is vigilant in engaging top-flight talent to provide professional, managerial, information technology, marketing and staff support. He leads the firm in deepening its specialty practice areas through numerous acquisitions.

Kevin’s commitment to the local and regional community is equally strong. He is an active participant on boards and finance committees for many area nonprofit organizations and clubs, including the John A. Coleman School of the Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center, Lititz Watch Technicum and the Irish Arts Center. He is a director and founder of The Westchester Bank and is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for his alma mater, Archbishop Stepinac High School.
