Todd L. Cromwell

Todd L. Cromwell is a Senior Manager at PKF O’Connor Davies and has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. His background is quite diverse and has roots in public and private accounting alike.

Todd began his career with one of the “Big Four” accounting firms. He has operated on both the fund side and management company side at hedge funds as well as private equity firms. His experience has allowed him to develop a keen understanding of an entity’s business operations and practices, which he has brought with him to PKF O’Connor Davies and its many clients.

He advises a diverse mix of hedge funds, private equity funds, funds-of-funds and other alternative investment vehicles including co-invest vehicles and management companies. Todd assists his clients in various aspects of their accounting process; some of which include waterfall calculations, performance and management fee calculations, NAV calculations, capital calls/contributions or distributions/redemptions and the production of their monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements. Todd uses a hands-on and proactive approach to ensure that he can add value in multiple aspects of each client’s business.
